We come together in this moment in time to form an unbroken circle. As we all take a cleansing breath of Life into our lungs we reach for the hands of our neighbors. As we exhale, our circle begins to close. We combine our thoughts, our energy, our prayers and our intentions to direct us toward Love. As we close our eyes together, we intend to focus on the Light. We will view this Light through the inner vision of our minds. We inhale deepl together...We exhale.

We come together as citizens of this earth and in the presence of our Creator. As we gently grasp the hands of those on either side of us, our energy connects. We begin to feel it as it flows throughout the circumference of our circle. We begin to see a Light flickering in the very center of our minds. It begins as just a tiny point of Light...barely visible---but it IS there. As we focus on this Light together, it appears to glow brighter and brighter. It becomes more and more brilliant. With each passing moment and with each breath we take, the Light increases. As we continue to focus on this Light, we see it begin to move in just a little closer to us with each second that passes. It loving begins to bathe each of us in a flowing stream of Light and liquid Love. As it pours over us, we can feel its warming, comforting and healing energy. We are soon filled completely with this energy. We feel its vibration in the soles of our feet. Together we can all sense this energy flowing up our legs, through and around our hips and tourso...it gathers in our bellies leaving a warm fulfilling presence. From our bellies this energy rises to our chest and incircles our hearts...we can feel our hearts beating in our chests with this essence of pure Love and Life-force. We are alive. We are at peace. We are Whole. We are One. From our hearts, this energy rises to our throats and fills them with its power. From our throats this energy rises to a spot in our foreheads in between our eyes...it is from this spot that we see ourselves, this Light and all of existence. From the middle of our foreheads this energy rises up through the tops of our heads...it fills our minds and branches up into our Spirits. Our Light filled Spirits extend up and out in all directions to connect with the Source of all Light, Love and energy. This connection reveals the unending circle of our eternal connection with God...our Creator...the All. The Love and Light continues to flow from the Source to us and back again in a sacred and unbroken circle.

As this Love, Light and energy continues to flow,it drenches our Bodies, saturates our Minds, and it quickens our Spirits. Together we perceive this Light on absolutely every level of our collective consciousness. We see ourselves as we send it out through our hearts, down our arms into our hands and out through our hands into the hands of the people we hold. as we send the Love out, we can feel it come in. Its Divine rhythm is like the shores of the ocean as the waves rush to and fro. As we watch from the center of our Minds, we can see the energy of each member of our circle as their hearts flow with Love, Light and energy. We watch as each heart sends its Love through the entire circle. We feel its power. Together we witness its radiance. Its warmth passes back and forth through our hands, in, out and through our circle. It surges with the rhythm that we hear from the collective beating of our hearts.

The very power of our love is in our midst. We feel it. We sense it at every level of our awareness. We see it through the middle of our minds. Through this inner vision, we begin to see Light and energy as it extends outward reaching from this room and throughout this entire building. It continues to flow outward until it permeates the boundaries of our entire community and every individual within its bounds. As we watch this magnificent energy, it begins to magnify. We see it as it sheds its Light in an ever-broadening ripple. We watch this Light as it begins to surround our entire city...it washes over every man, every child and every woman within our city limits. As we watch, it swaddles itself around our whole state. With uplifted Spirits we are witness to this Light as it unfolds to embrace the entire country of the United States of America...we can see the outline of our blessed nation as it glows with the rich, wondrous and protective Light and energy of Divine Love. Still flowing with the with the majestic motion of the ocean, the waves of this energy and Light begins to rise. With a loving surge of grace, we watch together as it unfolds itself into a glorious cocoon of liquid Light filled energy. As it grows, it wraps itself lovingly around our entire planet. As we behold this precious vision together, we see this energy as it blossoms into an enormous burst of Light that expands into the Universe...eternally flowing on and on...infinitely until all that we can see in our Mind's eye is an unending landscape of pure, majestic Light. This Light extends all the way up, all the way down and all around into Infinity. Together we take a deep breath in...Together we exhale.

We now bring our collective focus back to our planet. We see it still embraced like a baby...lovingly and so peacefully in this Light. We gaze back upon our country to find it still cradled within this Light and Love. Together we look upon our state to find it nestled within this nurturing Light and energy. We see our city. It is still surrounded by the Light. The Light continues to flow through the lives of very child, every woman and every man within our city limits. Here again we view our community wrapped within these loving arms of Light. Our focus sharpens to see the building we now stand in. The Light continues to glow all around it. As we gaze upon this energy we can see that it has contiued to flow throughout our circle. We can still see it. we can still feel it. We can feel its presence and its powerful energy of Love and Light in the hands of those on either side of us. Together each of us is blessed by the vision of ourselves in the middle of our minds. This loving, powerful Light of Love and Creation continues to surround each of us. We are so loved... Together we inhale. Together we exhale.

Together we ask for Divine and Light inspired guidance. We ask for mindfulness as we hold the intention in our hearts, minds and souls to remember always and in all ways to focus on this Light. We intend to search for it if and when we lose sight of it. We also intend to share it and to teach it as we find it. We would see this Light at all levels, at all times and in all beings in existence. We endeavor individually and universally to seek Love and Light... to practice Love and Light...to teach Love and Light...to be Love and to become the Light. Together we hold the intention in our hearts, minds and spirits to become increasingly more loving human beings. We aspire to work cooperatively to create a more Light filled, Loving and peaceful Universe. Together we take a deep breath in. Together we exhale.
